Our 2021 Board
Members of our board are as follows:
Sarah Babrick - Sarah is the Managing Director for the WES Leukemia Research Foundation. She has 15+ years of non-profit experience – consisting of event planning, office and business management, donor growth and development, facility management, and volunteer organization.
Prior to taking her position with the WES Foundation Sarah worked at Place of Hope in Florida, a non-profit for children in foster care. While working at Place of Hope she met her husband Tim. They moved to Duluth, GA in January of 2015.
In 2007 Sarah’s cousin Tyler passed away from his battle with leukemia at the age of 20. His leukemia battle was difficult but the treatment plan took an additional toll on his body. Sarah started working with the WES Foundation because of their authenticity and desire to find a cure by dispersing their funds directly to cancer research. She supports WES because of if its mission to find a cure while striving to develop new treatment options that could have made Tyler’s battle easier, more comfortable, or victorious.
Robert Cox - Robert is the founder of Winchester Financial Planning, LLC located here in Duluth GA. His firm specializes in in all areas of retirement planning ranging from Social Security planning, income planning, asset protection and Medicare planning. He and his wife live in Suwanee, GA with their 2 daughters. Robert is an active leader and participant in our local civic and charitable organizations. Robert L. Michelle Parrish - Ms. Parrish has 30+ years of experience in various sales, account management, and business development roles. She is a Partner/Owner of Engineering Collaborative, LLC, a woman owned civil engineering firm designing projects in the Southeastern US. She is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Georgia. Previous experience includes top producing roles in sales and sales management for a major global medical laboratory achieving numerous financial and customer service awards, as well as, managing and executing business development, marketing, and human resource activites for a long-standing civil engineering firm based in Metropolitan Atlanta. She has a proven track record of building strong internal and external business relationships with expertise in leadership, public speaking and customer facing activites. Ms. Parrish is a member of the Society of American Engineers, the North Atlantic Metro Association of Realtors, Board Member and Past President of the Duluth Business Association, and a volunteer mentor at Rainbow Village.
